Salary & Benefits:
Indian Bank offers an attractive compensation package for Civil Engineers on a contractual basis. The salary structure is competitive, with a maximum CTC of Rs 9.00 Lakhs per annum for Level 1 and Rs 12.00 Lakhs per annum for Level 2. This includes both fixed and variable pay, the latter being linked to achieving specific targets. The fixed pay and variable pay are distributed in the ratio of 80:20 of the CTC. Position Details:
- Civil Engineer (Level 1): 2 Vacancies
- Civil Engineer (Level 2): 1 Vacancy
Eligibility Criteria:
- Level 1: Age between 23 and 28 years, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience after graduation in Civil Engineering.
- Level 2: Age between 26 and 33 years, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience after graduation in Civil Engineering.
